The guys from Megafaun were planning on going camping up in Payson, before heading down to Tuscan for a show. I say were because their van broke down and was in the shop all day, so they ended up hanging around Phoenix and Tempe. We met up with them at Cartel Coffee Lab. Afterward they went to pick up their van and came back to the house to hang before we headed up to South Mountain. Arielle and I decided to use leftovers from the previous night to make burritos. With full bellies we headed up the mountain and arrived just before sunset. We all regrouped back at the house where the guys from Megafaun and Well Done Media headed down to Tuscan. While everyone was leaving they thanked Arielle and I for our hospitality and one of the guys said, “This has been the most normal day on our tour.” We were happy to have them and look forward to the next time our paths cross.
